Executive 2022

Andy Park

Born and raised in New Jersey by two South Korean parents, I majored in English and minored in film at Tufts University. After briefly working at a startup called Skedaddle, I moved to LA to pursue my dream of working in film. I started in the ICM Partners mailroom and later worked in the Motion Picture literary department. I then moved to Scott Free, where I assisted on films such as THE LAST DUEL and HOUSE OF GUCCI. In June 2021, I went over to Miramax where I worked as a Creative Executive.

Outside of work, I love to rock climb. I find the best way to forget about my inbox is to focus on clinging onto rocks for dear life 50 feet above the ground.

Geralyn Smith

Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana to a family of hard-working “practical” thinkers, a career in an industry as unpredictable as entertainment never seemed logical for me. So when I ventured to the University of Notre Dame to become a first-generation college graduate, I had every intention of pursuing coursework in the more steady (read: lucrative) field of Law. However, I was quickly drawn to major in Film, Television, and Theater with a concentration in TV. I complemented these studies with a second major in Spanish Literature and a minor in Sociology which led me to the suspicion that I am, by nature, a storyteller.

I tested this theory upon graduation by joining NBCUniversal’s Page Program where I rotated through several business units within the corporation. From there I moved to full-time positions in NBC Current Programming, Disney Branded Television, and my current role as a coordinator at Universal Television.
